[Dx4win] I want to try this in the spots window

[PY2YP]

Looking deep into this issue, I think the DX4WIN is right, the credit 
cards are always considered as confirmed, which is right. 
Marking/unmarking QSL CARD and LOTW boxes into AWARDS->DXCC->LOTW 
produce results as expected and don't affect the credited cards amount.
