I had to install the data files in C:\callbk.
It worked fine then.

It may not be quite as easy as it says above, according to KA9FOX. He
said that DX4WIN would not find the data if it was installed in, for
example, C:\QRZ
He gave me some info, and I have a couple of experiments to try.
Maybe try to get to it later today.
