[Dx4win] Help please with SignaLink

[W9RPM]

Hey guys, I am using the USB one, and I ordered the cable to hook up to
the Packet Jack. Have tried RTTY, and all is well with that. Using the
PSK31 program in DX4WIN. Isn't receiving or transmitting. Thanks, John
