[Dx4win] v 8.05 problem installing lptdriver.exe

[Bob I.2.WIJ]

The LPT1 port is defined and installed correctly.
In add/remove programs I cannot find any LPT driver installed.

Start, then Right-click on Computer, select Properties.  Click on
Device Manager.  See if there are LPT ports defined.

You could also check Add/Remove Programs, see if the driver is already
installed, uninstall it, then re-install it.
