[Dx4win] LOTWREPORT - NOT FOUND

Fred, I have never had to add QSO's to my log as a result of this report.
The heading "QSO NOT FOUND" is a bit miss leading. Worst case is that LoTW
contains QSO information that does not match what is in your log, not that
the QSO is totally absent so take you time to understand this before you
make any changes to your log.
Use the "review QSO's not found" utility under the LOTW tab in DX4WIN. When
you have that utility up on your screen press "F1" and read the help file,
it will tell you what the "." and "X" messages mean and how to make use of
the information. Read this several times before you do anything. Click on a
"X" QSO and see the possible matches come up in the lower part and the red
discrepancies. I think things will become clearer.
Then ask the group again if you still have questions.
73 John ZL1BYZ.

Subject: [Dx4win] LOTWREPORT - NOT FOUND
OK. I downloaded my confirmed report from LOTW and imported into DX4WIN. I
got a message that this -notfound file had been written. I'm afraid I don't
know what to do with it. I looked at a couple of the QSOs on the report and
looked them up in LOTW and DX4WIN. They appear to be confirmed in both
places (showing LOTW CNFM) so I don't understand why they are showing on
this report and what, if anything, I need to do with this information. I
did not find this addressed on Jim's DX4WIN uber-wonder page of info.
Running v8.04 on Vista OS.
73 from the desert and thanks in advance,
Fred/NA2U
