[Dx4win] DX4WIN calendar - UPDATED

The DX4WIN calendar should be fixed now (grazie, Leo).  Try
downloading it using the updater.

If you have noticed duplicate calendar in the events in the past, I'm
curious if this is still a problem, or if the current calendar fixes
it.  Start by deleting the SAVE\DX4WIN.CAL file, then import the
calendar from the UPDATE directory using the DD/MM/YYYY format.  Check
over the next week or two if events are duplicated.
