Maybe do it like Callsign Alert, but add entries for:

- list of spotters to block
- list of DX stations (spotted calls) to block (like F0OL)

I don't necessarily think you want all these calls to be in the same
list, i.e. you might like to know when W3LPL is spotted (in a
contest), but not when W3LPL puts out spots.
