[Dx4win] Packet cluster question - sorry, it may be bit long

On CC and DX Spider nodes, SH/MYDX obeys the filters.  I don't know if
AR-Cluster has a similar feature.

That's why I programmed one of the F keys in my Packet Window to "SH/MYDX".
