[Dx4win] Continent filter

Not without a lot of work.  You could filter your log piecewise, by
each CQ zone in that continent.  For example, only CQ Zones 1-8 are in
North America, 9-13 are in South America, etc.  You could export each
zone to a separate log file (like ADIF or DX4WIN8 format), then create
a new log and import all the files.

Even the Logbook window doesn't include a Continent field.

AF: 33-29

I believe Zone 40 has both Europe (i.e. TF) and North America (i.e. OX) in it.
