[Dx4win] INFO: using HamCall.net for address lookups

If you want to use HamCall.net for address lookups instead of QRZ (by
typing ENTER in the Callsign/mgr lookup (F3), window), open your
Preferences and select the "Ext Data" tab.  At the bottom, where it
says "Website callsign lookup", put this text into BOTH fields:

    http://hamcall.net/call?callsign=

Then save your preferences and exit.
