I've put up the first set of release notes for DX4WIN.CTY #100:

    http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/release.shtml#100

I did another study of the QSL manager database, this time looking for
unique DX callsigns with unique managers. This is usually a sign that
the DX call, or the QSL manager, or both are incorrect. Here is one
such example:

    VK9W is not via DL7KVA

The *real* QSL manager is 4K9W via DL6KVA. While the QSL manager
program does statistical analysis to try to detect this sort of
problem, it doesn't find all of them. For example, if the above had
been 4K9W via DL7KVA, or VK9W via DL6KVA, either of those would have
been eliminated automatically (I have not written code to detect a
single error in both the DX station and manager, maybe that's next).
I did *not* list all of these in the release notes. You don't want to
know how many I found.

Along the way, I did identify more QSL manager corrections, as well as
callsign changes and a number of silent keys. I keep thinking "next
time is going to be less work", but it never is.

Look for a release this weekend, most likely Sunday 8/21. If you have
any changes that you want me to include, let me know before then.
