[Dx4win] lost members lsi indicators AGAIN

If you haven't had a reply it's because nobody knows the answer. A bunch 
of replies saying "I don't know" would just clutter the reflector.

No response  is actually informative, because it probably means you are 
the only one with the problem. Did you take a look at your dx4win.mas2 
file with notepad. You can't read the file, but you can read the first 
line. Is it the correct file?

BTW, your sarcastic re-post is not likely to get you additional help.
