[Dx4win] alert when a new dxcc country is worked/confirmed?

Dave,

On the File...Preferences...F2 Key dialog, I have checked 'Mark QSO as 
Confirmed' and 'Alert when Confirming New Band or Mode'
and still do not get the "Do you wish to submit" dialog.

Any other ideas?

I really do think that this used to work. ;-)
