[Dx4win] Thoughts on Recording A, K with Logs

There is not a 1 to 1 relationship between A, K and what you work. Where
the path traverses is equally important. When the ionosphere and the
geomagnetic field are disturbed by solar events, generally the first
paths to be affected are polar and the last are trans-equatorial or
low-latitude. And lowand ops have long noted that at the beginning of an
event, some paths are actually temporarily enhanced before degrading
severely.
