[Dx4win] Importing from LoTW - I/O Error 103

Downloaded adif report from LoTW.  Using DX4WIN v8.04.  Clicked on LoTW - Download for LoTW and I get the error message "An exception occurred.  I/O Error 103.  I click on the error message and then the program just sits there.  I've imported from LoTW without incident.  What may I be doing incorrectly, if anything?
