The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #99 is now available from:

The Republic of South Sudan still does not have an ITU-assigned prefix. 
For now, only the callsign ST0R will be recognized as this new DXCC 
entity. As soon as I find out what the official prefix is, I'll release 
a new country file.
