[Dx4win] closing and re-opening the packet window

Occasionally I click the "Connect" button in the packet window and select a node that is off-line or something. I just get nothing in the packet window. At that point I try another but since it already thinks it is connected nothing happens. So I close DX4WIN, re-open and select my second choice and I'm in. Is there a way to do all this without exiting the program?
