[Dx4win] Radio Timeout

[PY2YP]

Hi Dave,

 From time to time when radio behaves oddly I just reset it. Most of the
time it does fix the problem. Too bad that I haven't yet figured out how to save the radio sets and have to configure all settings all over again.
