Hello,
Yes it does to me using Win7-64 Pro and the worst is my radios K3 and Flex
3K when are connected to a virtual ComPort (Lp-Bridge, VSPmanager) when this
pause in DX4win the radio has an error and disconnected of DX4win not with
other software so I don't connect them to DX4win till this problem is
solved.
Exactly the same pause as you.

Jaime, EA6NB.

Subject: [Dx4win] Momentary Pauses in Windows 7 Ultimate
At first, I would be operating CW and find the first time I went to the
CW typing window there would be an accasional pause before the soft-key
content would appear and be sent. I attributed this to the fact I was
using USB-to-serial-to-key keying.
But, it now appears I get this randomly in the behavior of different
windows when they get focus. For example, if I click on a spot that
should take me to a new frequency, the QSO window clears, but the new
entry doesn't popular immediately, just like the CW window didn't
populate with the text from the soft-key press.
In retrospect, I think this also happened in the "packet" window when I
was getting that set up. Might still happen but I'm not really looking
at it to see it.
I only see this on change of window focus to an input-type window, that
is a window that wold let me type into it.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
73, Byron
