[Dx4win] Missed com port

I am sure that the com port is a software generated port, either from
microham or a usb to serial port. I get the same message occasionally. It
happens during computer's stratup procedure. I believe that the computer
still has not created the com port. Probably n1mm doesn't check if the com
port exists or not. Same with writelog. I am not sure that is really useful
this checking. If my com port is not there i will not have ptt. What's the
problem and dx4win must check it. Maybe i want just to check my dxcc, an
award, etc. Maybe it woud be better to check for com port only if i ask for
it. Or better dx4win appears a warning message when i ask for a com port
thet doesn;t exist. Especially for the cat control: ilke the way writelog
works on this. If cat control exists then i have a freq reading, if not
nothing happens (no freq). Instead of this dx4win tries for 5-6 times by
default (i have changed mine to 1) to find the radio!!! I think there is no
need for al these.
