[Dx4win] Label printing format for standard QSL (4x6) card

Forward :  I do not print labels with DX4WIN. 



I have received several QSL card with printed labels that NO LONGER will stick to their appropriate QSL card.  I have secured them with ("Scotch" brand tape).  Those labels that have have come loose from the QSL do indicate the TO: and FROM: call-signs.  I am glad both callsigns are listed on the printed labels that clearly defines the To: XXXX, From: YYYY on the labels.  Please ensure your labels format(s) provide the same TO/FROM info.

Is there a format for printing directly on a QSL card.  My cards have 
standard boxes across the middle of the card.  I've tried editing one of the 
custom reports to print a label for the 4 x 6 card but it still printing the 
basic 1" label in the middle of the card.  I'm sure there must be a format 
for this as it is a pretty standard card layout, but I haven't been able to 
find it.
