[Dx4win] anyone help with rig files?

That's my understanding of the problem... and DX4Win always polls 
causing collisions. The only thing one might do is stretch the polling 
interval and make the mis-reads less frequent.... but that would still 
result in errors. I'm curious what George did ;-)
