In DX4WIN, IOTA are assigned by country, not by prefix.  Sorry, that's
just the way it is.

Read the release notes and the manual.  You need to download a file
from the RSGB, then you can select islands in that box.  For legal
reasons, Paul can't distribute this file.  Or if you were using my
update script (http://dx4win.ad1c.us), it would have picked it up.
