[Dx4win] getting annoying

In the 7600 menu, make sure TRANSCEIVE is turned off.  I have DX4WIN
set to poll every 1000 mS (1 second) and 9600 baud (fixed baud rate in
radio).  I have the microHAM microKEYER interface (original one).  I
haven't had this problem in years using my 765 pro III.  What kind of
USB interface do you have?  They're NOT all created equal.
