DX4WIN.CTY Release #84 is now available from:

The October release will include potential new entities resulting from 
the breakup of the Netherlands Antilles.  This will be a "best guess" 
effort, as official information may not be available before the start of 
operations on Sunday, 10 October 2010. If there are changes once 
official information becomes available, I will put out a new release as 
soon as possible, and your DXCC totals will be corrected.  You should 
NOT have to edit the country file yourself, nor should you have to worry 
about losing anything during the transition.

Thanks again to everyone for their help in keeping this database up-to-date.
