[Dx4win] qsl problem

I am having a senior moment!

 

Trying to config dx4win not to send a dupe qsl (set label flag to Y) when I
enter a call sign that I worked before on same mode and band.  Think that
setting is in "remove dupe qsl" section but it is not working.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
