Hi Bob,

If you're using the latest country file and latest adif.pmp from
Friday 10/15, then you can upload the PJs.  Last week, someone
forwarded a message from Bill NC1L @ ARRL DXCC desk saying it was OK
(check the archives).

Don't do it if you haven't updated the files yet, do that first!
