Although Jim provides instructions to merge your existing country file with
his latest version, I suggest that you only use his latest version.   His
country file has been tested many times and includes an incredible amount of
information including such updates as the old Russian prefixes from the 60's
and 70's.  If for some rare reason an error does occur, Jim will immediately
correct it.

Just my 2 cents.
