Hi Dick:

 From what I have been told logs can be uploaded but since no
DXpedition certificates will be issued right away the QSOs will sit
there waiting for something to match to. Once they get their
certificate, then upload the logs all should fall into place.

until Jan 1, but when will LOTW be set to accept them without bouncing?
