No. The Internet connection remains up. (That's managed by VE7CC.) DX4WIN is
connected to the cluster program running on the same machine via the
loopback addresss.
In addition, the connection remains up while on on the air but fails at
strange times when I'm not on the air.
All I see is "Connection closed by remote host" in the DX4WIN packet window.
