[Dx4win] Spotting Question

I'm still am not able to configure DX4WIN to reliably provide spots.
Here's a screen shot after I worked CE0Y/DK7ZB,  PJ5/K1XM, and JW/JQ2GYU.

All are new band countries,  yet only the CE0Y station indicates this;  the
other two are in the "no interest" color scheme.

I've read and re-read the help pages.  Help!
