Yet another limitation of the country file. DX4WIN works on UTC day
boundaries. The changeover of the Netherlands Antilles happens at 04z
on the 10th of October, not at 0000z. So technically any PJ you work
before 04z should be credited to the OLD entities, not the new ones.
DX4WIN can't handle that. It's up to you to "do the right thing",
either don't work any of these stations until 04z, or mark the invalid
for DXCC between 00z and 04z (even though technically they are NOT
invalid), or something else entirely. As long as the same callsign is
used both before and after 04z, there is no good work-around.
