[Dx4win] Spotting Question

No, the country should have been determined correctly, but the mode may 
not have been.

An ongoing problem is the spotting network does not require a mode 
(overdue given 99% of spots are probably generated by software) and it 
has to be guessed at by frequency. This is what the CW cutoff is used 
for in DX4Win setup. Forty meters is one band where the division between 
CW/Digital/SSB is uncertain. Possibly the spot was not recognized as CW. 
Was it above your "CW cutoff frequency"?
