[Dx4win] LOTW functions

Will be great Jim,

I think most LOTW users will like it.

Swisslog is 95% our of support since Walter (developer) accident many years
ago, and someone could program this functionality, so maybe is not so
difficult to do.

Sorry Jorge, DX4WIN does not yet have LoTW build-in like some other
logging programs.  Maybe if enough people ask, Paul will try to add it
some day.
