[Dx4win] ADIF to DX4WIN log conversion version 5.3 released

I have released version 5.3 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can get it here:

Here is the release note:

 Ver 5.3 - 3 October 2010
     Importing a .DXQ file now obeys the "QSL Method" setting in your
     preferences.

Thanks to Jerry N8BM for noticing the problem.  It was literally a
one-character fix!
