All the IOTA group numbers are in the country file, and have been
since the earliest days of DX4WIN.  Version 8 added the ability to use
the fulllist.xml file to allow users to populate the new Island Name
field in the QSO window for each IOTA.  The island name is a
requirement for submitting QSOs for the IOTA award.
