[Dx4win] CQWW policy on UA9S/T/W

Stupid Question:

What happened to logging what was sent?

from the rules:

XI. LOG INSTRUCTIONS:
1. All times must be in GMT.
2. All sent and received exchanges are
to be logged.

If the logged zone disagrees with what was sent, or with what CQWW Contest
Committee decrees it to be, does it cost you in UBN?
