[Dx4win] Country error because of wrongly given callsign

That call has already been added to the country file for the next
release. DX4WIN can get confused when the "portable" part is the same
length as the "home call" part, which in this case is 5 letters.
There are already a number of such calls in the country file, like the
recent VO1AU/BY1DX and VO1AU/BY1RX operations.
