Just before the CQWW contest I worked F4BKV/BY7PP When I enter this into DX4Win I get country as France and Zone 14. A few hours later F4BKV was operating B7P in the contest in Zone 23. Is the correct action just to change the country to BY for this QSO? What would the recommended way be to send such a callsign? 73, Dave, G3UEG
