[Dx4win] Submission

Speaking of digital modes... what are we supposed to do about contacts 
using THOR, CONTESTIA, RTTYM and even the new mode ROS. I think it's 
time Paul addressed this by making a user configurable modes table. It's 
not reasonable to have to issue a new release every time a new mode 
shows up.
