[Dx4win] Import Abort - Duplicate QSO's

This "duping" problem was fixed in 8.03 (from the release notes):

Import/Export

· Include state/county when checking for duplicate QSOs

Can you please download/install 8.03 and see if the problem goes away?
 You can install it into its own directory and it won't affect your
8.01 setup.
