[Dx4win] Ver. 8.03 PF3 Not Working

I just upgraded from 7.04 and can't get any action from PF3 at all.  I've gone back through the mailing list entries all the way back to the announcement of version 8, but can't find a similar post.  The online QRZ works OK when I press <ENTER>.

For many years and versions I have used a batch file to search two private text databases, concatenate the output, and copy it to MAN.RES, which I TYPE out.  Then the on-disk QRZ prints out, then the QSL manager file.  None of this provides any output at all now.

Any clues?
