For those of you tracking the [Russian Oblasts] and [Russian District]
awards, how do you want me to implement these changes in the DX4WIN
award database?

2. Boris E73Y points out that the RDA Committee has made the following
changes to Russian Oblast definitions:

- CT oblast is merged with oblast AB and now it is called abajkal`skiy
Kraj (code ZK).
- EV oblast is merged with oblast KK.
- KP oblast is merged with oblast PM.
- KY oblast is merged with oblast KT.
- TM oblast is merged with oblast KK.
- UO oblast is merged with oblast IR.

"So, AB, EV, KP, KY, TM and UO do not exist anymore. CT is now ZK."
