See the below...my mistake...the info received indicated it had nothing to
do with Windows 7...
Sorry for the confusion...but as you can see Paul knows about the
problem....

Yes, clearing the award flags and doing a new submission restores the
Submission report...but if you ask for the Submission report again, it
reverts back to the blank report...
Thanks for the help (again!)...sounds like Paul has an idea what caused
this...and a cure...

I think Paul is saying clear the submission flags, then do another DXCC
submission. This should reset the flags. There is a way to clear the
flags in the Reports menu by clicking on the Awards Flags button.
If you don't like the result, don't save your log, but restore the last
saved version.
