Yes, Ron, here's an example from the HolyLand award:

[HLYL]
; Israel Amateur Radio Club (IARC)
; url=http://www.iarc.org/?page_id=447
awdname=Holyland
pictmsk=A99AA
prefix=4X

See the definition of "pictmsk" above.  This award only accepts custom 
award values of the format:

   [A-Z][0-9][0-9][A-Z][A-Z]

You should be able to do something like this also.

If you think these awards could be used by others, please send the .awd 
files to me and I'll incorporate them into the master database.
