Other than getting the Group names window on the screen, and using a
print screen utility, no.

You could edit the ADIF file beforehand, do a search/replace of
OPERATOR to COMMENT (or NOTE, check the ADIF spec for an appropriate
field). Then that info should get imported into the "Notes for this
QSO" field.
