[Dx4win] INSERT > HOLDING ?

Can some one please explain to me what the INSERT key should do when hit in one of the packet screens ?
No matter how many times i hit this key (i know once is enough) the spots in the packet screen keep on scrolling up.
Am i mis interpreting this funtction or what?
