[Dx4win] Unwanted spots

If you NEVER want to see spots for those bands, do what Erkki suggets
- filter them at the node.
I don't believe there is a way in DX4WIN to eliminate gray spots for
bands you have not selected.
BTW, DX4WIN 8.02 and 8.04 are the same in this area.
