Thanks, Rick.  This application note is in need of an update for
DX4WIN 8.0x.  And the link to the N0AX article no longer works, thanks
to the ARRL website re-org.  I'll see if I can find some time this
weekend to work on it.

But the concepts are the same:

For version 8:

    LoTW | Export for LoTW
    sign, upload log
    LoTW | Import for LoTW
