[Dx4win] QSO and address label problems

I cannot print address labels with QSO labels. In my log book I have label =
Y,  QSO callsign and QSL mgr are the same, and hamcall is in d:\.   Will
print out QSO data label but not address label. In qsl method = direct. In
print QSL box "QSL method" is "all.

 

 

 

Any help as to what I am missing would be appreciated.  Help!!
